Form A - Offerings to Southeast Michigan Synodical Women's Organization
Women of the ELCA (WELCA) Form A is a transmittal form used by Congregational units to the SWO (Synodical Women's Organization.) It is specifically used for Regular offerings, SWO Convention offerings and Offerings to the Southeast Michigan Synodical Women's Organization.

Form B - Offerings to the Churchwide Women's Organization
Women of the ELCA (WELCA) Form B is a transmittal form used by congregational units to mail designated gifts and special offerings directly to the churchwide organization. It is specifically used for Thankofferings, "Where Needed Most," Katie's Fund, and other designated ministries.
